Inspections are a critical part of property and real estate management and one area we often see done incorrectly. Our comprehensive entry and exit inspections involve extensive reports along with many photos. These are compiled and distributed to the required parties to be signed and stored safely. Routine inspections are done quarterly, and the owner will receive a copy of this via email each time.
